What is single-phase power?
Single-phase power is for normal domestic use and is rated at 240 volts 13 or 16 amp.


What is three-phase power?
Three phase power is mainly for commercial use and is rated at 440 volts 32 amp.

Sectional cold rooms - Where can they be installed?
Sectional cold rooms are for installation within the confines of an existing building.

Sectional cold rooms - What are the different panel types?
All sectional cold rooms which we can supply have food safe insulated panels. The insulation is made from either Polyurethane or PIR (Polyisocyanurate). PIR panels are now widely excepted by insurance companies due to the low fire risk but still keeping high thermal performance. Cold room panels are available for either frozen or chilled storage purposes.

What is a 'T'-section floor?
This is found mainly in refrigerated containers and is a close ribbed aluminium floor which is very strong and easily cleaned.

What is an integral refrigerated container?
This means the refrigeration machine is
within the measurements of the container which is either 20' or 40' long by 8' wide and
8' 6" high.

How many standard pallets can I get into a refrigerated container?
Based on a pallet size of 1.0 metre by 1.2 metre. You can get 8 pallets in a 20' container and 18 pallets in a 40' container.
